CURT custom wiring connectors are the easiest way to outfit your vehicle with a CURT trailer wiring connection. They are built with some of the most advanced technology in the industry, and each one is custom-fitted to work with a specific make and model. Some automotive manufacturers install a special socket on the vehicle to be used for vehicle-to-trailer wiring. Although this special socket is not equipped on every vehicle, a CURT custom wiring connector -- also called a T-connector -- utilizes the socket for simple, stress-free installation. Rather than requiring you to cut, splice and solder into your vehicle's wiring system, the custom wiring connector uses a single OEM-compatible plug and instantly provides a standard, universal vehicle-to-trailer wiring connection, typically in the form a 4-way flat. All CURT custom wiring connectors are made vehicle-specific for the easiest possible installation and the best fit. This particular plug-in connector provides a 4-way flat socket and is designed to be a custom wiring option for certain years of the Ford Explorer, Ford Ranger, Mercury Mountaineer and Mazda B2500, B3000 and B4000 (factory tow package required; to verify your vehicle compatibility, see application info). It comes with all necessary hardware to establish a solid connection. It also comes with a dust cover to keep the connector socket clean when not in use. Free Shipping
Free shipping may be offered on qualifying products or orders. Free shipping applies only to eligible locations within the contiguous United States and excludes oversized freight shipments unless otherwise noted.
Freight Shipments
Large items such as bumpers, some lift kits, and other oversized products may require freight delivery.
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing an accessible delivery location.
- Inspecting the shipment before signing for delivery.
- Noting any visible damage on the carrier's delivery receipt.
- Reporting concealed damage within 48 hours of delivery.
Failure to note shipping damage at delivery may affect the ability to file a freight claim.
Delivery Delays
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, shipping dates are estimates and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, manufacturer availability, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Standard Returns
Most new, unused products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Returned merchandise must:
- Be unused and uninstalled.
- Be in its original packaging.
- Include all hardware, instructions, and accessories.
- Be in resalable condition.
Return Authorization
A return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required before returning any item.
Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally non-returnable unless defective or shipped in error:

- Special-order products
- Electronics that have been installed or activated
- Spray-in bedliners or installed services
- Clearance, closeout, or final sale items

Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to our error or a manufacturer's defect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Restocking Fees
Certain manufacturers may charge a restocking fee, typically between 10% and 25%, depending on the product and supplier. Any applicable restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Save all packaging materials.
- Provide photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
We will work quickly to replace the item or resolve the issue.
Defective Products
Products covered by a manufacturer's warranty may be repaired or replaced according to the manufacturer's warranty policy.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled prior to shipment.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the standard return process.
Custom or special-order products may not be canceled once production has begun.
Installation Recommendation
Many truck accessories require professional installation.
We recommend having products installed by a qualified installer. Damage resulting from improper installation is not covered under our return policy. Please contact one of our store locations for professional installation.
