This Flowmaster American Thunder® cat-back exhaust system for the 2004-2008 Ford F-150 and Lincoln Mark LT trucks with the 4.6L or 5.4L engines is perfect for the person looking for a deep aggressive exterior sound with a moderate interior tone, and with all of the performance benefits that you would expect from Flowmaster®. This bolt-on DOR/DOS (Dual Out Rear or Dual Out Side) emissions-legal exhaust system features 16-gauge mandrel-bent aluminized steel tubing flowing into a specially designed Super 40™ Series performance muffler with dual 2.50-inch aluminized steel tailpipes which use the factory hanger locations for an easy installation. The tailpipes exit either behind the rear wheels, which is ideal for towing, or straight out the back under the rear bumper for a muscular look. The system is finished off with a pair of large 3.00-inch polished stainless steel tips. The exhaust system is covered by our 3-year Limited Warranty and includes all necessary parts and hardware for an easy installation you can do at home. Free shipping may be offered on qualifying products or orders. Free shipping applies only to eligible locations within the contiguous United States and excludes oversized freight shipments unless otherwise noted.
Freight Shipments
Large items such as bumpers, some lift kits, and other oversized products may require freight delivery.
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing an accessible delivery location.
- Inspecting the shipment before signing for delivery.
- Noting any visible damage on the carrier's delivery receipt.
- Reporting concealed damage within 48 hours of delivery.

Return Policy

Standard Returns
Most new, unused products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Returned merchandise must:

Return Authorization
A return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required before returning any item.

Installation Recommendation
Many truck accessories require professional installation.
We recommend having products installed by a qualified installer. Damage resulting from improper installation is not covered under our return policy. Please contact one of our store locations for professional installation.
