BDS is a game-changer for the performance of your 2020-2026 Chevy Silverado and GMC Sierra 2500 HD trucks with a 6.5-inch suspension lift kit and FOX 2.5-inch coilover conversion. Designed to improve stance, performance, and capability, this kit includes everything necessary to set your truck up right with clearance for up to 38" tires. These kits feature proprietary FOX 2.5 coil-over shocks designed to bolt on performance, with increased travel and the ability to soak up the roughest terrain while maintaining smooth on-road comfort.
In addition to replacing the factory torsion bars, the upper and lower control arms are upgraded to improve strength and travel, and to accommodate the new coilovers. The new upper control arms are fabricated from large 1.5" OD x .120-wall tubing, fully TIG welded for the highest quality, strength, and durability. To complement the uppers, the new lower control arms are built from high-strength steel, fully boxed with internally gusseted.
This kit leverages BDS's proven high-clearance design to improve ground clearance, strength, and off-road protection, while correcting suspension and steering geometry for excellent on-road handling. Up front, the kit uses FOX 2.5 coilover shocks, heavy-duty tubular upper control arms, fully boxed and gusseted lower control arms, high-arched 1/4-inch-thick steel crossmembers, and a multipiece differential relocation bracket and heavy-duty skid platesĀ for off-road protection. Steering geometry is corrected at the new taller ride height with CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles. These, combined with the provided sway bar links, bump stop extensions, stainless steel brake lines, CV spacers, supplied hardware, and more, provide a comprehensive front suspension lift ready for whatever you throw at it.
In the rear, BDS offers replacement lift blocks to lift and level that stance. The lift block installs in place of the stock block and retains ride quality and load capacity

Shipping Methods
We ship throughout the continental United States using trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, USPS, and LTL freight carriers for oversized items.

Free Shipping
Free shipping may be offered on qualifying products or orders. Free shipping applies only to eligible locations within the contiguous United States and excludes oversized freight shipments unless otherwise noted.
Freight Shipments
Large items such as bumpers, some lift kits, and other oversized products may require freight delivery.
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing an accessible delivery location.
- Inspecting the shipment before signing for delivery.
- Noting any visible damage on the carrier's delivery receipt.
- Reporting concealed damage within 48 hours of delivery.
Failure to note shipping damage at delivery may affect the ability to file a freight claim.
Delivery Delays

Return Policy

Standard Returns
Most new, unused products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Returned merchandise must:

Return Authorization
A return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required before returning any item.
Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.

Return Shipping

Restocking Fees

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Defective Products

Refunds

Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled prior to shipment.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the standard return process.
Custom or special-order products may not be canceled once production has begun.
Installation Recommendation
Many truck accessories require professional installation.
We recommend having products installed by a qualified installer. Damage resulting from improper installation is not covered under our return policy. Please contact one of our store locations for professional installation.
