BACKRACK(TM) products are manufactured exclusively in North America at our Oakville, Ontario manufacturing facility. Outsourcing jobs offshore is not part of our corporate culture. We feel that in order to control quality and maximize efficiency, a hands-on approach to manufacturing must be followed. Some of our competitors design or copy products and hand them off to a third-party manufacturer to add to their assortment of products. At BACKRACK(TM), we have been manufacturing quality truck racks since 1988. We have focused on our core product line and, as a result, our processes are lean and efficient. This has enabled BACKRACK(TM) to offer competitive pricing, superior quality, and fast turnaround times for our dealers and distributors. We are emotionally invested in our products, our company, and our reputation. When third party manufacturers build products, that level of commitment is lost. BACKRACK(TM) products are available wherever truck accessories are sold across North America. With warehouse locations in Ontario, New York, and California, our product is never far from where you need it. Our extensive network of Distributors and Dealers ensure that BACKRACK(TM) products are available for installation on your truck immediately or, within a few days. Be sure to ask for BACKRACK(TM) products by name and please, don't be fooled by cheap imitations. Only BACKRACK(TM) products have the BACKRACK(TM) trademark on the product.

Shipping Policy
Order Processing
- Most in-stock orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
- Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Custom, made-to-order, or special-order items may require additional processing time. If extended lead times apply, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Shipping Methods
We ship throughout the continental United States using trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, USPS, and LTL freight carriers for oversized items.
Shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout.
Free Shipping
Free shipping may be offered on qualifying products or orders. Free shipping applies only to eligible locations within the contiguous United States and excludes oversized freight shipments unless otherwise noted.
Freight Shipments
Large items such as bumpers, some lift kits, and other oversized products may require freight delivery.
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing an accessible delivery location.
- Inspecting the shipment before signing for delivery.
- Noting any visible damage on the carrier's delivery receipt.
- Reporting concealed damage within 48 hours of delivery.
Failure to note shipping damage at delivery may affect the ability to file a freight claim.
Delivery Delays
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, shipping dates are estimates and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, manufacturer availability, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Standard Returns
Most new, unused products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Returned merchandise must:
- Be unused and uninstalled.
- Be in its original packaging.
- Include all hardware, instructions, and accessories.
- Be in resalable condition.
Return Authorization
A return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required before returning any item.
Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally non-returnable unless defective or shipped in error:
- Custom or made-to-order products
- Painted or color-matched items
- Special-order products
- Electronics that have been installed or activated
- Spray-in bedliners or installed services
- Clearance, closeout, or final sale items
- Gift cards
Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to our error or a manufacturer's defect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Restocking Fees
Certain manufacturers may charge a restocking fee, typically between 10% and 25%, depending on the product and supplier. Any applicable restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Save all packaging materials.
- Provide photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
We will work quickly to replace the item or resolve the issue.
Defective Products
Products covered by a manufacturer's warranty may be repaired or replaced according to the manufacturer's warranty policy.
Our team will gladly assist you with the warranty process whenever possible.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled prior to shipment.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the standard return process.
Custom or special-order products may not be canceled once production has begun.
Installation Recommendation
Many truck accessories require professional installation.
We recommend having products installed by a qualified installer. Damage resulting from improper installation is not covered under our return policy. Please contact one of our store locations for professional installation.
