The Ultimate Recovery Bag has been custom designed to hold Factor 55 recovery equipment in one accessible place. The interior is large enough to easily contain our 30' x 7/8" Kinetic Energy Rope, 8' Tree Saver, Shorty Strap II, and Shorty Strap III. In addition, the bag features two large outside zipper compartments, each large enough to hold our 30' x 2" Extreme Duty Tow Strap and other accessories. Seven interior stash pockets hold shackles, pulleys, gloves, Fast Fid, etc. The bag also retains space for winch line extensions and multiple other pieces of rigging. Large Velcro strips are featured on both sides of the bag for placement of Velcro-backed patches. The bottom of the bag is reinforced with 1500 denier ballistic Cordura. The 2-inch MILSPEC riggers? webbing completely wraps around the bottom of the bag adding an additional layer of strength and support. Heavy Duty powder coated steel rings are stitched on both sides to attach a wide variety of shoulder straps (not included). Featuring Heavy Duty YKK Zippers, each knotted with 550 Paracord, offer a longer gripping surface for ease of opening and closing the bag. Once the bag is unzipped it retains its large shape allowing easy access to all interior components. The interior is reinforced Cordura and edged with binding tape. We ship throughout the continental United States using trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, USPS, and LTL freight carriers for oversized items.

Free Shipping
Free shipping may be offered on qualifying products or orders. Free shipping applies only to eligible locations within the contiguous United States and excludes oversized freight shipments unless otherwise noted.
Freight Shipments
Large items such as bumpers, some lift kits, and other oversized products may require freight delivery.
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing an accessible delivery location.
- Inspecting the shipment before signing for delivery.
- Noting any visible damage on the carrier's delivery receipt.
- Reporting concealed damage within 48 hours of delivery.
Failure to note shipping damage at delivery may affect the ability to file a freight claim.
Delivery Delays

Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Standard Returns
Most new, unused products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Returned merchandise must:
- Be unused and uninstalled.
- Be in its original packaging.
- Include all hardware, instructions, and accessories.
- Be in resalable condition.
Return Authorization
A return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required before returning any item.
Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally non-returnable unless defective or shipped in error:
- Custom or made-to-order products
- Painted or color-matched items
- Special-order products
- Electronics that have been installed or activated
- Spray-in bedliners or installed services
- Clearance, closeout, or final sale items
- Gift cards
Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to our error or a manufacturer's defect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Restocking Fees
Certain manufacturers may charge a restocking fee, typically between 10% and 25%, depending on the product and supplier. Any applicable restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Save all packaging materials.
- Provide photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
We will work quickly to replace the item or resolve the issue.
Defective Products
Products covered by a manufacturer's warranty may be repaired or replaced according to the manufacturer's warranty policy.
Our team will gladly assist you with the warranty process whenever possible.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled prior to shipment.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the standard return process.
Custom or special-order products may not be canceled once production has begun.
Installation Recommendation
Many truck accessories require professional installation.
We recommend having products installed by a qualified installer. Damage resulting from improper installation is not covered under our return policy. Please contact one of our store locations for professional installation.
