The Pro Ratchet shifter is one of our most popular and easiest to operate race shifters. Features include positive ratcheting design that self-centers the handle after each shift giving you maximum clearance behind the shifter, and will not allow you to miss a shift by over-shifting a gear. This versatile shifter will operate both forward and reverse shift patterns. The reverse lockout feature only requires one hand to operate and meets both NHRA and IHRA safety regulations for racing. Free Shipping

Freight Shipments
Large items such as bumpers, some lift kits, and other oversized products may require freight delivery.
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing an accessible delivery location.
- Inspecting the shipment before signing for delivery.
- Noting any visible damage on the carrier's delivery receipt.
- Reporting concealed damage within 48 hours of delivery.
Failure to note shipping damage at delivery may affect the ability to file a freight claim.
Delivery Delays

Return Policy

Standard Returns
Most new, unused products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Returned merchandise must:
- Be unused and uninstalled.
- Be in its original packaging.
- Include all hardware, instructions, and accessories.
- Be in resalable condition.
Return Authorization
A return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required before returning any item.
Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.
Non-Returnable Items

- Electronics that have been installed or activated

Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to our error or a manufacturer's defect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Restocking Fees

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Defective Products

Refunds

Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled prior to shipment.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the standard return process.
Custom or special-order products may not be canceled once production has begun.
Installation Recommendation
Many truck accessories require professional installation.
We recommend having products installed by a qualified installer. Damage resulting from improper installation is not covered under our return policy. Please contact one of our store locations for professional installation.
